Perhaps one of Grand Cayman's top tourist draws (aside from the beaches, of course), Stingray City is a 12-foot deep, crystal-blue channel that's home to countless friendly stingrays. Experienced and novice divers are welcome to jump in with these mysterious creatures, hand-feed them, and even pose for a few underwater pictures. A nearby area called Sandbar offers similar opportunities to "play with the rays." And just so you know, locals get a kick out of tourists asking for directions to Stingray City – it's actually located in the middle of the North Sound and accessible only by boat.
