BODDEN TOWN.   Located on the Bodden Town waterfront, this French-Caribbean eatery has enjoyed a fair amount of positive publicity since opening in 1990, including earning high marks from the "New York Times" and "London Observer." Choose to dine in the rustic dining room or, for a romantic touch, outside on the deck where tables have clear views of the nearby beach area and a coral reef just offshore. The local expatriate crowd is fond of coming here for cocktails in the early evening and staying well into the night – after all, it's hard to leave such a homey place.
