SEVEN MILE BEACH.   Popular with well-heeled locals for its innovative cuisine and first-rate live entertainment, the Royal Palms' Reef Grill is one of Seven Mile's premier beach bars. Talented head chef George Dahlstrom creates a menu that dazzles with its cosmopolitan flair, and main dishes include Shrimp Ravioli with basil cream and grilled asparagus, Coconut Grouper with black bean sauce, and Grilled Dolphin with boniato mash and mango vinaigrette.
