2. Corita's Copper Kettle

Don't miss this place!
We stopped in when our cruise ship was in port. It is only a five minute walk from the port. The special sauce is fantastic and is one of the best sauces I have ever tasted. The island fish dish is amazing. I would have bought another plate if they didn't run out while I was there. I have never liked a dish so much that I buy another plate.

We were in Grand Cayman and the boat captain recommended Corita's Copper Kettle---It was excellent. Corita was there and she is quite the character. I only wish I had brought home a case of her homemade picapeppa sauce.
