SEVEN MILE BEACH.   The restaurant competition along the main drag at Seven Mile Beach can be ferocious at times, but this Caribbean stalwart has managed to stay a favorite with locals and tourists alike. Located adjacent to the exclusive Caribbean Club, Lantana's offers imaginative fresh fish and seafood dishes, many of them bearing a traditional Caribbean influence – plantain, mango salsa, and black beans accompany such entrées as Cayman dolphinfish with tabbouleh, conch fritters, and lobster quesadillas. I would just like to inform everyone that Lantanas has been closed for over 3 years. We now have a new restaraunt called Luca that will be opening at the Caribbean Club in late June.
