BODDEN TOWN.   Located on the south coast in quaint Bodden Town, Lighthouse at Breakers has been a Grand Cayman favorite longer than most of its neophyte competitors. Master Chef Keith Griffin, groomed at the prestigious City & Guilds of London Institute, makes it a habit to dazzle diners with the likes of char-grilled veal chop topped with gorgonzola and pancetta, yellowfin tuna with brandy peppercorn sauce, and mixed seafood grill. Add to the mix a wine list that's garnered praise from "Wine Spectator," and it's easy to see why the Lighthouse is so revered by locals. Reservations are required.
