CONCH POINT.   An elegant atmosphere and authentic North Italian specialties await at this restaurant, located on the shores of a private lake and bird sanctuary. The main dining area juxtaposes West Indian bamboo, stone, and thatch with Western-influenced furniture and decor. The menu reflects a cross-cultural atmosphere, with many seafood dishes bearing a bit of a Caribbean lilt.
