6. Smuggler's Cove

SOUTH GEORGE TOWN.   One of the George Town area's more celebrated seafood restaurants, Smuggler's Cove has quickly become a favorite with Grand Cayman's more affluent diners. The suave, supperclub-style setting bears a quintessential Caribbean flair – with plush greenery, candles, and rustic walls playing off white linens and well-appointed tables. The terrace dining area, where tables are hard to come by, offers enchanting views of the secluded cove. Menu favorites include Caribbean Lobster Medallions in Spicy Island Citrus Crust served over white wine risotto, Roasted Cumin Crusted Striped Black Seabass with sautéed seasonal vegetables, and Shrimp Scampi over Tomatillo Garlic Linguine.
