5. Grand Rapids Riverwalk and Riverside Park

DOWNTOWN.   The Riverwalk boardwalk follows the Grand Rapids River as it makes its way past the downtown area, offering brilliant photo opportunities of the river with the modern city landscape as a backdrop. Riverwalk is easily accessible from several different entry points downtown and even crosses the river via an old railroad trestle that's been converted into a pedestrian-only walkway.
