DOWNTOWN.   Amway Grand's luxurious signature restaurant, the 1913 was designated as the city's "Restaurant of the Decade" by the local press. The lavishly formal dining area is noteworthy for its alluring Louis XVI-inspired decor – regal furnishings and drapes, romantic sconces, and opulent table arrangements. Main courses include the likes of Long Island Duckling with natural jus and rösti potato; Denver Sole Meunière with nut-brown new potatoes and root vegetables; and Caramelized Garlic Chicken with crusted sun-dried tomatoes and corn-potato purée. Follow up your meal with a glass of port or Oregon plum brandy along with one of their award-winning dessert dishes – Valencia Orange-Chèvre Cheesecake, 1913 Forbidden Apple Galette, or Mountain Berry Baked Alaska Berry Sorbet in an Italian meringue.
