DOWNTOWN.   Once called Canal Street Grill, the Amway Grand's steakhouse offers a warm, casual setting ideal for both families and the business crowd. Featured entrées include a fabulous 10-oz. Prime Filet cooked in herb butter, Marinated Rack of Lamb au jus, "Cowboy Cut" Rib Chop in chipotle-garlic butter, and a 12-oz. New York Strip in herb butter. Be sure to save room for dessert, because the Grill's are notoriously delicious – try the Milky Way chocolate tower with Baci mousse or the 1913 Forbidden Apple .
