DOWNTOWN. The B.O.B.'s superb second-level eatery specializes in fresh, hand-selected fish and seafood prepared with regional "style and flair." The self-described "best fish house in Grand Rapids" sports an upscale atmosphere, complete with white linens, Euro-style bistro tables, and a certain Big Easy-style charm. Rough wood columns, dark hardwood floors, and weathered brick walls preserve some of the building's rustic charm. An attractive bar area, conveniently situated in the middle of the dining room, vaunts televisions, the B.O.B.'s award-winning house brews, and some of the most skilled bartenders in town. The cozy, family-friendly atmosphere features well-spaced tables, friendly service, and, on some nights, live piano.
