GREEN BAY. Quality performances and energetic casts have endeared this theater company to Green Bay residents. Indeed, since its first performances in the 1930s (then under the name of the Columbus Community Theater), the group has staged shows all over the area, from supper clubs to school auditoriums. Now operating in their own venue (they purchased and remodeled an old church in the 1960s), Green Bay Community Theatre continues to set a high bar for excellence. Productions range from Agatha Christie's "Mousetrap" to Irving Berlin and Moss Hart's "As Thousands Cheer!"
