HOWARD.   A classic Wisconsin supper club, Riverbend sits on a small point overlooking Duck Creek, giving patrons with windowside tables a pleasant view. It was the worst food we ever had. they run out of shrimp , and ice and the food was warm not hot, we will not be going back for any time soon
