DE PERE.
Known as one of the area's better pizza joints, Bilotti's enjoys more than its share of out-of-town traffic. This family-owned and operated pizzeria has changed little since opening in the mid-'50s, still featuring friendly service, small-town atmosphere, and legendary, hand-tossed pies prepared however you like and baked in an Old World-style brick oven. House specialties include the California with fresh mushrooms and zucchini, and the Hawaiian with pineapple and Canadian bacon. Pasta dishes and other entrees are also available.

So So
This place gets many rave, but I can't figure out why. The decor is outdated by 15 years, hardly anyone else was there when my wife and I went, and the food was average at best. If you want good pizza in the GB area, Josephine's and Sgambati's blows everyone else out of the water!

If this is the best pizza in Brown County, your better off driving down to Milwaukee for pizza if your looking for a good one. Either some of the better reviews have never experienced a real pizza (from say Chicago), or I just happened to get a sort of average pizza each of the three times I ate here. Its not terrible pizza, but I've had MUCH better pizza.
