These apartments are absolutely awesome! The only drawback is that because of the historic architecture, there's no place to install washers/dryers so there is a laundry room on the premises. Well that and the windows are original so they can be drafty. The hardwood floors are great and there are 19 different floor plans which gives you plenty to choose from. The courtyard is beautiful and has lots of little critters scampering about which I love. These apartments are unique and by far the best I've ever seen! It definitely makes the price per month worth it!
