2. Music For a Sunday Evening In The Park

The Buzz -- This popular summer concert series is held at various parks throughout Greensboro, providing easy access to everyone. Whether you enjoy classical and pops, or swing and blues, there is sure to be a concert that's just right for you sometime during the season. Past performers have included the Greensboro Concert Band, the Philharmonia of Greensboro Orchestra, Melva Houston, and many regional bluegrass, salsa, rock, and folk bands. Bring a blanket, a picnic, and the whole family for some musical fun as the sun sets. Concert times vary, but most start at 6:00 or 6:30 pm.
