Visit Main Street on a weekend night and you're likely to hear live jams in the street, thanks to several outdoor summer concert series. Met with enthusiasm, these shows delight locals who love to linger in the district and enjoy cold beers with the night's entertainment. Several other popular festivals have helped established the downtown district as a hub of arts and entertainment. At Fall for Greenville, locals get to sample food and drink from some of the district's top eateries and bars and hear headline bands, while Art in the Park allows visitors to admire and purchase the work of area artists.
