DOWNTOWN.   Since opening in 1994, The Handlebar has presented hundreds of concerts featuring scores of Grammy winners and nominees along with many other performers. Musical styles range from blues and rock to bluegrass and folk. Adjacent to the main space are a non-smoking concert hall and a full-service bar and café. Shows are generally presented Wednesday through Saturday with a Swing Dance and free Bluegrass Jam scheduled each Tuesday.   (© 10Best)
