My friends and I have tried several sushi restaurants around Greenville and Sushi Hana is by far the absolute best in town. Great food, Great prices and Great staff. Why go anywhere else this place is the best. FYI you must try the haywood roll.

By far the most authentic of the great Japanese restaurants in Greenville. No catering to the American palate here. Want "Americanized" sushi and sashimi--go elsewhere.

Tucked away in an unassuming strip center, Sushi Hana (formerly Sushi Koji) has new ownership and chefs. My lunch, while reasonably priced, was good and the freshness varied from above-average to excellent. The spicy tuna roll did not score high marks in my opinion, but the miso soup was exceptional. One small quirk, however, is that the sashimi was sliced a bit too thick which often creates an undesirable texture. I tend to get turned off by the gi-normous slabs. For diners who prefer cooked cuisine, an array of dishes awaits, for those who will never know the pleasures that sushi can evoke.
