Tastefully adapted from a former fast-food restaurant, Pho #1 has been bathed in neutral colors, dressed in linens, and given a bright, spacious revamp. Even better, the food is incredible, always prepared to order from fresh ingredients. Naturally, the signature noodle soup is available in many variations, but it's joined by vermicelli bowls, rice plates, pad Thai options and stir-fry dishes.
