The hummus here is some of my favorite. Great consistency, not too much lemon, perfect amount of garlic. The gyro meat is delicious as well. A very authentic restaurant. Their Jerusalem salad is so fresh! Don't expect an amazing atmosphere - but do expect great service and great food! P.S. Cash/Check ONLY!

I was surprised that the lunch menu focuses mainly on gyro meat and chicken. Their gyro meat I had was much too salty. Other 'Middle Eastern' restaurants I've visited in the region usually have a lunch version of their dinner meats such as lamb and beef kebab, as well. As for the attached store, their prices on many items was half or more less than the same item would be at a Publix, Bi-Lo or Harris Teeter, so for that they should be applauded.

Without a doubt this came as one of the most highly recommended places in Greenville, however, unlike most people I just did not find my dining experience to be as wonderful as others did. I LOVE Middle Eastern Food, and I have tried it in a number of different places all over the world, but I was let down a little after eating at Pita House. Perhaps it was just that I had the place built up so much based on what everyone else had already told me. For me though it was just "okay" Greek food. I may go back and try it again, but my first experience definitely did not leave me wanting more.

Dollar for dollar, the best food in Greenville. The chicken kabob, falafel, and hummus are the best I've had anywhere. Couple this with the fact that the owners and staff are all family and the nicest people and you have a great combination. They don't accept tips, so don't bother. Hopefully my last meal if I ever leave Greenville.

Best ethnic food in Greenville. Middle Eastern food. Don't go there for good service or ambiance. Go there for the terrific pitas. We'll eat a meal there and buy some homemade hummus and pitas to go. Get a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and you can have very inexpensive meals for 2 days! It's the best!

Excellent choice for both vegetarians and meat-lovers. Descriptions of food with pictures, so you can see what you're going to get. Small store inside with Middle-Eastern and Greek food products. Highly recommend falafel pita and beef shwarma plate!
