Sorry to report not impressed
I hate to be the one to complain because I know people tend to go out of the way rather than a compliment. As a family of 4 we went for the first time last week. The service was really slow, and they weren't very busy. It seemed that the waitstaff was more interesting in socializing than anything. Our food was brought out together but 2 entrees were plain cold. We never saw our server, even for water, until the check came. It was a disappointment and a waste of our time and money. I'd not recommend based on our experience and also another couple we spoke while we were leaving.

Excellent food and service. I love their breakfast but sandwiches and dinners are also very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Love this diner. Great food, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nice, with a bit of an upscale touch. Dined here many times and always the same, really good. I like that you can get a wonderful breakfast anytime. But even if it's takeout it's still very good. Very Americana.
