PELHAM ROAD.   Infused with exotic flavors and intent on balancing them judiciously, Thai cuisine is fresh, light, and oftentimes pungent with Kaffir lime, sweet basil, ginger, and chilis. It's an addictive mix. Luckily, Thai Sky has an experienced hand in creating green papaya salad, pad Thai, and a range of curries. If you're up for something more dramatic, consider whole fried flounder or deep-fried duck. Vegetarian dishes can be had easily, and the mango and sweet sticky rice is a dessert delight.
