10. Open Hearth

I've eaten at the open hearth many times over the years and they have consistently the best beef in Greenville. They also serve fresh grilled seafood that is better than most other places I have tried. The service is attentive and unpretentious with no "Hi I'm Kitty and I'll be your server tonight" nonsense. The atmosphere is pleasant and you can actually have a conversation w/o yelling across the table. The owners are always there and greet most people by name. They've been around forever so they must be doing something right. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.
