A Pacific Northwest flair colors the interior and the menu, which relies heavily on perfectly prepared game and fish dishes. Options change every few weeks, making the selection happily variable. Among the possibilities you'll encounter are ostrich filet, kangaroo steak, roasted duck and cedar plank salmon.
