8. Greenville State Farmers Market

NORTH PLEASANTBURG.   Located just off North Pleasantburg, the State Farmers Market is a short drive from downtown Greenville. The market's main building sells produce such as apples, peanuts and tomatoes year round, while a separate shed, open on Saturdays from April to November, offers fresh veggies, baked goodies, plants and fresh cut flowers. Other vendors set up flower stands by the parking lot, offering everything from verbena and petunias to shrubs, herbs, and succulents.   (© 10Best)
