DOWNTOWN. Surrounded by gardens in one of Greenville's historic districts, this 1920s-era home provides well-appointed rooms for vacationers and business travelers alike. Each room sports a special theme, such as African decor or French Country furnishings. Guests are greeted each morning with a homemade breakfast and are within walking distance of downtown's restaurants and attractions. Five rooms with private baths and one two-room suite from $99-200.

SIMPSONVILLE. This magnificent Georgian inn with its wooded setting, brings a note of bygone grace to Simpsonville. The interiors are a study in refinement and elegance, complete with crystal chandeliers, delicate moldings and traditional decor. For a luxurious weekend retreat, the beautiful rooms feature steam showers, fireplaces and plush beds. A full, complimentary breakfast is included. Innkeepers Mark and Kim Becherer can also accommodate parties, conventions, receptions and weddings, and will provide catering services as well. Meeting rooms are available, and a lovely gazebo is perfect for outdoor ceremonies. The B&B is only Monday-Thursday only.
