NORTH PLEASANTBURG. Regulars can't say enough good things about this unassuming eatery set apart from Greenville's main dining clusters. Owner Rosalinda Sala has culled an enormous number of authentic recipes, and the menu reflects their breadth. Each dish is crafted of market-fresh ingredients: grilled steaks and chicken, sauteed shrimp, marinated pork, and fish dressed with a variety of sauces. Fabulous tacos, burritos, enchiladas and quesadillas are available as well. Signature creations include Rosalinda's tomatillo salsa, her lamb tacos, and the michelada, a Mexican beer tinged with lime and spices.
