Settled by the Counts of Albon, who ruled Dauphiné during the 13th century. The Palace's oldest section hails from 1453 and was commissioned by Louis II of Dauphiné, who eventually ruled the country as Louis XI. The Palace presently houses the law courts.   (© 10Best)
