4. L'Huere Bleue

The name, which means the Blue Hour, is appropriate at this little teashop, where everything is a soothing shade of azure. Inside the blue enclave, you can choose from an impressive array of tarts and pastries. Try apple or other fruit flavors, or go with chocolate for a decadent treat. Occasionally, local art is featured on the walls. In the summer, enjoy coffee on the terrace overlooking Place Saint Claire.   (© 10Best)
