Fun!
We've stopped here every year (for the past 9 years) on the way to the east coast. We do the tour and 3D movie almost every time. The free chocolate tour is fun... we always buy the picture that is snapped at the end (about $10, a 4 X 6 with a nicely designed Hershey matting, a nice souvenir to frame).. and they get a little candy bar at the end of the tour. The kids really enjoy the 3D movie (and it's reasonably priced). We've added different things each year... did the Trolley Tour once (we enjoyed it) and the Factoryworks (not sure that was really worth the money), but overall it has been a fun (and affordable) little stop. (And as for the chaos mentioned in the other review... there was definitely a little of that the way the whole gift shop area is set up, but we kept our kids with us, they were well behaved, and we had a good experience looking for souvenirs after we did the tour.) My whole family highly recommends it!

I was there Jul 16, 2004 and vowed never to return. It was extremely hectic, children running around, shouting, taking things- no control from employees or parents. Several others appeared puzzled about what was happening. Product is excellent. Needs more control of how groups act in the store did not seem to have enough supervision and the employees were overwhelmed trying to check people out and replace items.
