4. Don Pedro Family Mexican Restaurant

We love Don Pedro! We visit Heber once or twice a year and have been for about 8 years. We found this cute little restaurant about 6 years and make sure to put it on our "must stop" list every time. We come in hungry and leave happy! It's wonderful and authentic. I think you have to be a little patient sometimes though because they can be pretty busy sometimes and you may have to wait here and there for a refill but it is so worth it! Check it out and ENJOY!
