4. The Vines European Cuisine

Need a 0-star option. We didn't have a chance to find out if the food was any good b/c the service was so poor. We had to go find a hostess since no one was at the front or available to assist with seating (after about 5 minutes of waiting). After wandering to the back, finally found one of the wait staff who was willing to seat us. Then we waited another 7 minutes before I had to go find someone, anyone who would serve us. Very odd as there was wait staff milling around other tables and the restaurant was not that busy, and we had a reservation! I was told to sit back down and someone would be with us, no apology. After 2-3 more minutes of still no service, we just left. Will not return and would not recommend.

one of the worst experience we had in a restaurant !!! dishes were okay but waiters and owners weren't!!! they had never unset the table,at the end of the dinner we had soup from the apetizer, plate + desert + coffee; we had to ask 3 times to have our coke refilled......try nacochee grill to have a good experience in this area
