DOWNTOWN. This time-tested grill occupies a simple brick building with plate-glass windows on a corner on the outskirts of downtown. Inside, simple Formica booths host folks who stop in for a quick sandwich or burger. As you come in, place your order at the counter, get a number, and then claim a table while you wait for everything to be prepared. From that point on, it's just a matter of enjoying a hot sandwich and a crisp, steaming order of fries. Take-out is available. (© 10Best)

I was a bit surprised by the inspection rating as everything I saw was very clean and operating well. This was my first trip there. My husband and his friend have gone several times and really enjoyed it. I had the cheeseburger with fries and a water. The burger was delicious and the fries were fresh and crispy. The cheeseburger comes with chili and slaw and it is wonderful. My children had the grilled cheese sandwich and chips. I tried a bite of the grilled cheese and it was also very good. Better than some fancy restaurants I have been too. Will certainly go there again.
