My husband, 9 year old son, and I I have been sailing with the Pau Hana crew for years and years and years. It is a must do during your HH vacation. The crew is great! The love people and they love and respect the Island waters. A sunset cruise is the best, Bring your own snacks, drinks and camera for the great views!

We just got back from our family vacation to Hilton Head in July and had a great time sailing on the Flying Circus with Captain Bob! He made all of our family (2A and 3 kids aged 3-13) feel comfortable and entertained us with fun stories and wonderful information about the Island. We had a good smooth sail and saw quite a few dolphins! It was our first trip to the area and we had seen it on 10Best! We will definitely return and plan to go sailing with this operation again! They run a very professional company, easy to deal with, and are in a great location.

We live on Hilton Head Island for 10 years now and really enjoy sailing on both of the boats! When it is just a few of us, we love the private intimate trip on FLYING CIRCUS with Captain Bob, or when all of the family is in town visiting we bring along the coolers and enjoy sharing the adventure with others ... it's always a lot of fun for all ages (we have young grandchildren and it is very safe for them) We also enjoy 1st Mate Jeanne's entertaining comments as she really knows the island, the history and the wildlife. I think she'd been here over 25 years . She and Captain John add a lot of personalization to their trips .. we highly recommend their company!

The boat ride was wonderful but the narrator spent way too much time giving a history of the rich investors. Perhaps 1-2 stories would have been interesting not a full 35 min about how rich people got! And how people invested on the island blah blah... It almost spoiled the tranquility but the info on the marine life was so much more interesting...
