I am about to try the "Sage Room" in Hilton Head, S.C. I understand that it is a 5 star restaurant, and I like to fine dine. I will do a personal review, when I visit, on March 8, 2008. I live in Tennessee and dine at Zola's, Nashville's number one restaurant, according to the Nashville Scene.
