Best Restaurant in Hilton Head
We've vacationed in Hilton Head for many, many years. The food, service and ambiance is fabulous and the sunset is to die for! Tops on my list.

The seafood stinks and so did the service. We were at OFP this weekend, second time to a couple of years ago. Loved it then, hate it now. I ordered salmon (done medium) and luckily I took a whiff before putting it in my mouth. REALLY bad. I sent it back and the waiter returned to the table saying it "might be a little off" and offered another serving of salmon. I declined and asked if they would make a substitution. The only thing they would offer is trout and after the salmon, I did not want fish. My three dining partners had crab cakes and they were full of breading, and not much crab! Better ones at fast food places. They did "comp" my meal (small salad and dessert) but I felt the food was very disappointing for all of us and the service, well, stinky as well. We won't go back, even if the atmosphere is nice.

loved this restaurant - used to go to alexanders but had a horrible experience there. food was just awful and service matched. so, we were ecstatic to find old fort pub b/c it accommodated our large group and was a breath of fresh air after our awful experience at alexanders. old fort's food is superb and we had an incredibly helpful and friendly server..we'll be back!
