VICTORIA PEAK.   Nothing can beat a trip up Victoria Peak, the highest mountain on the island of Hong Kong. Breathtaking panoramic views of the harbor and outlying islands are afforded from this popular spot. Various modes of transportation are offered to help sightseers reach the top. Those with extra energy can walk the 1,223-feet ascent. Buses and taxis run the course on a regular basis, as does the popular Peak Tram.
