KOWLOON.   The top arts museum in the city, the Hong Kong Museum of Art displays a large and varied collection, with over 14,000 pieces of Chinese art including ceramics, bronzes, lacquer pieces, calligraphy works, bamboo carvings, oil paintings and drawings. There are five permanent galleries and two that offer temporary exhibits.
