4. International Arts Carnival

The Buzz -- A six-week visual and performing arts festival, with over 400 performances at venues throughout the city. Designed to appeal especially to children and families, the performance line up includes international dance troupes, bands from around the world, puppet shows, theater, magic, martial arts and much more. Workshops and classes give kids and adults a closer look at everything from miming and clowning to acrobatics and drama.
