8. Lan Kwai Fong Street Carnival

The Buzz -- Lan Kwai Fong has a festival atmosphere most of the time already, but during the LKF Street Carnival, the vibe is absolutely electric. Mimes, magicians, fortune tellers and other entertainers are in abundance, but there's plenty of dance and music too. Food stalls are everywhere, selling everything from hot dogs and pizza to dim sum and satay, and restaurants offer special deals on food and drink. A wildly fun time is pretty much guaranteed!
