My favourite bar in all HK. Great food (kangaroo crusties and 'the works') cold beer and friendly staff. Tom terry, Ella, Margaret - I miss them all. Also the two Johns, Russ, Mandy and the jazz crowd on Sunday afternoons. Many enjoyable hours spent there.

As a recent seven day visitor to Ned Kellys I found the attentiveness & courtesy of the waitress staff to be excellent.Colin & the band were great on each of the three nights we stayed for the music. The long Happy Hour is a boon. However, the food is just ordinary which is the only minus in the venue.

Last there in Nov 1989, and had a marvelous time listening to the band and savoring the meat pie, mash and onion gravy. Bills itself as 'The Fun Pub', and lives up to it. Anybody got a web address for this spot?

I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 20+ YEARS. GREAT JAZZ AND GOOD COMPANY. HARD TO FIND ON BACK STREET IN KOWLOON BUT WORTH THE EFFORT. NEVER ANY PROBLEMS. FOOD IS GOOD AND VARIED. LOTS OF GOOD AUSSIE SPIRIT. GO FOR IT.

One of, if not the oldest surviving bar/club in Kowloon. I first went there in 1972 and always call in when in Hong Kong. Excellent Atmosphere, superb Dixie Land jazz music, and ice-cold beer. To get a seat and a table get there by eight o'clock !!
