TSIM SHA TSUI.   The Steak House is located at the InterContinental Hotel, which has quickly established itself as one of the world's premier hotels for dining. As the name suggests, steak is the restaurant's raison-d'etre, and it offers an impressive variety of options including Australian Wagyu, prime USDA beef and Argentinean steak, all served in generous portions. Plenty of options are available for those who choose not to indulge in the mouthwatering red meat, such as Boston lobster and Tasmanian salmon steak. The waitstaff is friendly and more than willing to make suggestions. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, yet modern and elegant.
