TSIM SHA TSUI.   Located in the Langham Hotel, the Bostonian shares an address with several other locally renowned restaurants and bars. The menu features flavors from the east coast of the US, as well as a wider selection of cuisine. Expect to find dishes ranging from Creole, like blackened chicken, to American beef and lobsters prepared in all ways imaginable. Reservations are suggested, especially at dinner.
