I have eaten at most of the Ducasse restaurants around the world, each is special in its own way. what makes HK exta special is the staff. The Manager Phillipe Langioise has built a team like no other in Hong kong -Thomass and his knowledge of wines. If you want the best view the best food the best wines and great staff this is still the bench mark in french style in Honkers. MONRO
