KOWLOON.   Internationally known chef Nobu Matsuhisa has acclaimed restaurants in world-class cities such as New York City, London, Las Vegas, Miami, Dallas, Milan and Tokyo. Add Hong Kong to the list! Opened at the end of 2006, this outpost is every bit as elegant, sleek and wonderful as its brothers and sisters, and the food is just as fabulous. disappointed Having dined at the New York Nobu, I was expecting something special. The harbor view is great; there is nothing 'Nobu' about this place.

Nobu is a master chef and his London restaurant represents him exactly. Hong Kong has the view the stylish interior but none of the magic>ok its getting the people in the door but it feels like the team is still practicing not good for a world class organisation - Stop meditating Mr Nobu get a top manager in their and bring on the Magic.MONRO
