4. Shang Palace

KOWLOON.   The Shangri-La Hotel's signature restaurant, Shang Palace specializes in Cantonese cooking. The food is very well prepared, and the choices are varied and include both traditional dishes and more contemporary preparations, so even folks accustomed to Westernized Chinese fare should be pleased.
