5. Sichuan Garden

CENTRAL.   Like most Chinese restaurants that are part of Hong Kong's Maxim's group, this Pacific Place restaurant boasts a reasonably priced menu and a casual dining environment that makes it ideal for a business lunch. The Sichuan Garden also serves up some of the spicier Chinese fare in the Admiralty area, and it is easy to see why it is so popular with the locals.
