CENTRAL. This intimate little Dutch restaurant is tucked away on Shelley Street, near Jamia Masjid, and is accessible vai the Mid-Levels escalator. The owner has much of his seafood imported from Holland, including the black mussels in white wine, a favorite dish. Orange Tree also serves a variety of poultry, beef and vegetarian dishes. Highly recommended are the "Bitter Ballen" or fried veal dumplings as a starter, and the lamb fillets and eggplant baked in puff pastry as an entrée. For dessert, as you'd expect, the Dutch pancakes are the favorites. Reservations are recommended.
